Instructions

To my knowledge, the only significant flaw is a small (dime-sized) hole in the canopy which can be easily fixed with an iron-on patch.  There may be other very minor wear and tear, but  nothing significant that I'm aware of.

Pavilion has only been used maybe 4-5 times per year, mostly at Tahoe Renaissance Faire and Escondido Renaissance Faire.  We are downsizing to a Panther, which is why we're selling the Underhill. Pavilion is suitable for guilds or vendors.  Tent was purchased new from Underhill Pavilions approximately 4-5 years ago.  We paid approx. $3300 when new.

If used as a vendor tent, I recommend rolling the sidewalls during business hours, as the pavilion can be dark underneath if sidewalls are down.

This pavilion is the most sturdy I've ever used with regard to wind - a major consideration for vendors & guilds alike.  If properly staked, it doesn't move much.
